Deployment & provider accounts
Your technical owner configures hosting, environment variables, the database, Stripe, email, and media services. Cloudflare-ready deployment paths can be reviewed during handoff; your provider accounts and usage costs remain your responsibility.
License & commercial use
Perpetual commercial license for your organization is included. Confirm the written license before purchase, including agency or multi-client use, redistribution, and any limits on reuse. Repository access does not replace the license agreement.
Documentation & guided launch
Source includes deployment and provider documentation, an environment-variable template, database schema and a configuration checklist. Source + Launch adds up to 4 hours of technical onboarding, a deployment walkthrough and one launch-readiness review for $2,990 USD one-time.
Updates & maintenance
Your team is responsible for application updates, dependency maintenance, security patches, backups, and event operations. Future release access, upgrade assistance, and additional support must be agreed in writing.
Data & continuity
Agree who controls the database, provider accounts, and attendee data before deployment. Review export formats, recovery procedures, and the ability to continue running your licensed copy independently as part of the technical handoff.
Documentation overview
The handoff covers prerequisites, architecture, local development, environment variables, database and Supabase setup, authentication, Stripe and webhooks, email, streaming, storage, domain setup and production deployment. It also covers seed data, organizer setup, events, sessions, tickets, exhibitors, recordings, backups, dependency updates and troubleshooting.
Ask to review the supplied version’s documentation before purchase. Confirm that your technical owner can reach a working staging deployment.
