Privacy policy

Eventority is operated by Hello Glocal Ltd, the controller of personal information submitted through this marketing website. For privacy questions, email team@eventority.app.

What we collect

You can browse this site without signing up. If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send: your name, email address, organization, request type, message, selected pricing tier, website, technical contact, intended launch date, infrastructure preference, cost and support acknowledgements, and any conference requirements in a submitted Platform Finder brief. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.

Our hosting and form services may also process technical information such as IP address, browser details, request logs, and spam-check information to deliver and protect the website. Source license prices are advertised in USD and do not use your location to substitute prices.

How we use it

We use your enquiry to reply, discuss your event, prepare a demo or proposal, and keep track of that conversation. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and protecting the site, or on taking steps at your request before a contract where applicable. Submitting a form does not sign you up for a marketing newsletter.

The Platform Finder

Your selected answers stay in the page until you choose to send the brief. You can view the recommendation without providing a name or email. When you submit it, we receive the answers and the contact details you enter.

Who processes the information

We use Netlify for website hosting and form processing, and email services to receive and answer messages. These services process information needed to provide their functions. We do not sell your enquiry information. We may disclose information where required by law.

Service providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Contact us for details about the providers and transfer arrangements applicable to your enquiry.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and manage the resulting business conversation. We consider whether the enquiry is still active, whether a project follows, and any legal recordkeeping requirements. You can ask us to delete an enquiry you no longer want us to retain.

Cookies & external links

This marketing site does not load advertising or third-party analytics scripts or set analytics cookies. Pricing interactions generate local browser events without enquiry contents or personal information. A temporary session-storage marker containing only the selected tier and submission time links an enquiry to its confirmation page; it is removed on confirmation. No analytics provider receives these events unless separately configured. Hosting services may process operational logs. If you follow a link to Coworking Tech Week or another external website, its own privacy policy applies.

Your choices & rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of your information, and object to certain uses. Email team@eventority.app to make a request. You may also complain to your local data protection authority; in the UK, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Conference attendee data

This policy covers the Eventority marketing website and enquiries. It does not replace the privacy notice for an organizer’s deployed conference, attendee accounts, payments, or exhibitor leads. Those arrangements are defined for each event.
