Application & providers
The conference application uses a Next.js foundation, Supabase for
database and authentication, and Stripe for checkout. Live
playback can use Cloudflare or YouTube; email and media services
are configured for the project. Your proposal identifies the
services, account owners, and costs for your deployment.
Review the provider setup ↗ Access & attendee data
The platform includes attendee accounts, ticket-based content
access, exhibitor workspaces, and admin controls. Before launch,
review operator permissions, payment-to-access checks, and who can
view or handle attendee and demo-request information.
The organizer’s privacy notice, controller and processor roles,
provider agreements, retention, and data-request process need to
reflect the actual deployment. Our marketing-site privacy policy
covers enquiries only.
Capacity & simultaneous tracks
Share your expected peak audience, session schedule, and number of
concurrent streams. Capacity validation, provider limits, and
simultaneous-track requirements need project-specific review. No
universal concurrency figure or uptime SLA is published on this
site.
Rehearsal & fallback
We include launch checks, rehearsal planning, and an operator
handoff in the scoped setup. Agree on the primary and backup
stream process, source-switching responsibilities, attendee
communications, and escalation contacts. Test your chosen browsers
and devices with the actual attendee journey.
Support & replay timing
Live operations support is optional. Your proposal should specify
the live window, support hours and timezone, escalation route, and
who handles production and moderation. Operators publish selected
recordings; agree on recording delivery, processing, and replay
timing with the production team.
Backups, exports & maintenance
Confirm who maintains the application and provider accounts.
Review database backup availability, retention, recovery testing,
export formats, and attendee-data handoff for the selected
deployment. These details form part of the operating scope.
Payments, email & accessibility
Review Stripe configuration and the recovery process for delayed
payment notifications or access updates. Confirm sender-domain
configuration, delivery checks, captions, browser support, and
accessibility requirements before agreeing on the launch scope.
